I ordered three shirts from proudshopper.com & didn't receive them, or any communication as to the status so I sent the following email:
"I ordered (3) shirts from your company (order #:27263) on 6/4/2010 and have received no ship date, tracking information, etc. I am going to need to get a status update from your company by tomorrow, or I'm going to contact my credit card company and have the ordered reversed."
Ron @ proudshopper.com replied with the following:
"What part of "allow three weeks" did you not understand, dipshit? Your order would probably have shipped tomorrow. But, after the slightest
threat, especially from someone who can't follow clear instructions, NOBODY receives merchandise! A refund it is AND you're banished forever from the shopping cart. Way to go, big and demanding dipshit! Now, stay the fuck away!"
I did not receive a refund or any further replies for my shirts or a reimbursement. STAY AWAY FROM PROUDSHOPPER.COM - IT IS A BOGUS COMPANY & THE PRODUCTS DO NOT EXIST.
Lies! This order was refunded after Cripps' threat BEFORE the PUBLISHED 3 week delivery for custom printed t-shirts.

Proud Shopper reserves the right to refuse to do business with such assholes, like the screaming bitch in the photo used for this blog. No business is forced to kowtow to abusive people. The Soup NAZI says, "No soup for you!"

ReplyDeletei`ve paid for an order 3months ago,got one response after many emails from me ,and was told the order was held up because one product was not in stock,,,,mmmm good trick huh ,to avoid sending the order , they took the payment with out checking the stock ....not good .....waiting indefinately.
ReplyDeleteOrdered a flag over a month ago, sent the lovely ron many emails with the info he needed, with only a bounce reply. finally sent a "mean" email and he responded by calling me a "cunt"! lol he also debted my account the day after i ordered, but never shipped my item. i found the same flag on ebay and payed with paypal. this place is a joke
