No holiday pay...

They don't pay new workers holiday pay in accordance with the ESA (Employment Standards Act, Ontario only). I have the pay stubs to prove it.

    They have since done an 'about face' and are now paying new workers their holiday pay (thanks to a smart and brave lady, you know who you are) >;-D
