I have been in Fresh Air Experience many times and have Never had good service!!! In fact NO SERVICE is more accurate.
I went to the store to buy a pair of shoes, walking by the counter where three workers were leaning on the counter talking to each other not even acknowledging a customer by a least saying HI!!
I then tried on shoes ( thankfully boxes were on the display unit) . I was in store 40min with only one other customer who i suspect was there to visit the staff. Not once did anyone approach me or offer help. I left disgusted, walking by the counter on the way out again with no acknowledgement.
The next day after not finding a certain style of shoe anywhere else in town, I reluctantly returned to try them on again.......SAME LACK OF SERVICE AGAIN!!!!!!! after 20 min, with no other customers in the store!! Screw F.A.E. , I will drive 90 min to Saskatoon to shop which is a shame because i would rather support local buisnesses.
