It seems as though this company has downsized. Have to wait....wait....for a sales person. Where did my favourite receptionist go. The person answering now keeps apologizing for being the only one.
Something is certainly going on in this company. There is no excuse for a phone to ring five times. I don't care that she is the only one answering phones. "Hi, how are you" is a figure of speach. I don't want to know how she is doing. What is Usha Minute?
