How can people treat a 9 month pregnant women with such disrespect?

My 9 month pregnant friend went to W.D. to get some work done that was approved by her OBGYN who even wrote a note. Called and made an appointment, waited for 4 hours after her appointment time in the waiting room til her name got called, even after the walk-ins who were clearly not before her, to wait another 45 minutes til she got seen and for what.... to end up with teeth looking dead since they used color filling (BLACK) and a bruised mouth?? Even the manager on duty was rude, when asking why she has been waiting for so long the manager told her "because they were here before you" Then on top of that before they did the work they told her they weren't sure if they wanted to because they so called "cared about the baby's health". If they honestly did, i dont think they would of made a pregnant women sit in the uncomfortable chairs for over 4 hours. But maybe i just have a different view of what customer service really is. is a ripoff

A typical online "store" though the address in googlemaps shows it as a house. Ordered almost two weeks ago. I understand that problems occur, but they will not answer the phone, will not reply to their customer care email and even the number in their domain registration is wrong. Time to let Master Card in on the story, but it is easy to find anything these guys sell on other sites. go there!

Payday loan company stole my money!!!

I applied for a payday loan on May 11, 2009. Since the company I applied with (West Coast Payday Loan Company aka Focus Financial) send their funds through an email money transfer, I asked them to cancel the loan immediately (the same day). They cancelled my loan, but then four days later they debited my account for the loan and interest (total $110). I sent West Coast Payday Loan emails, phone calls, and faxes that were ignored. I finally got an answer and they asked me to fax in my bank statement showing the withdrawl. I did this right away and finally 2 hours later I got an email telling me that they would have to wait to see if the funds cleared on their end before they could do anything. Once I read this, I saw "RED". I figured that since they could plainly see on my bank statement that the funds did clear my account and it had their name listed as the payee (Focus Financial) that there wouldn't be a problem, but I was sadly mistaken. On this payday loans website is states "loan in 30 minutes" yah right. It took them 2 days before they contacted me and I had to call them first to find out what was going on. I have never dealt with such a crappy company and the employees are just as bad. If you want to save yourself some aggravation, don't ever apply to West Coast Payday Loans. (Based in Vancouver BC)

i work customer service i had a customer that jumped up on the customer service counter sat down and proceeded to tell me i was a disgrace to my job and the flag mind you this was because he had to wait 3 minutes for a five dollar bill because a stupid cashier didn't take his coupon off the order he also accused her of steeling it. oh yah we never found the coupon i think he made the story up. looser i gave him his five dollars he held it in my face and said yah man rememer the las 43 words of this man. i told him have a nice day maybe you can buy more drugs and take a shower. i hate my job

So I was training for the WEC (world extreme cage fighting) and got a hernia in Ballys Total Fitness. Now that was completly MY FAULT and dont expect anyone to take blame for that but myself, however, for the 2 month I was unable to goto the gym, I was still supposed to be charged for not being able to go AND was talked down to as if I was trying to scam the company! ALL I wanted was to get the 2 months I couldnt go ADDED back to the end of my contract since I paid for something I couldnt use. Apparetly thats to much to ask! DO NOT JOIN BALLYS AS THEY ARE ANYTHING BUT TOTAL FITNESS AND ARE INTERESTED IN HELPING ONLY THEM SELVES!

So last year, I stopped using my President's Choice Mobile cell phone, and switched to Virgin Mobile. I had heard people raving about how good the rate plans were, and how fantastic the customer service is, so decided to try it. Man. What a joke this company is. But more on that later....

I got a great new phone, a bunch of free accessories, cheap rates, unlimited texting/browsing, and a guarantee that my bill would be no more than 45 dollars a month.

So. I get my first bill, which was going to be pro-rated. Fine. I expected that it was going to be a bit more. Well. A bit more was $575. I was slightly shocked, and more than a bit concerned. I call them, and find out just how horrible their service actually is. I speak to a super perky lady named Crystal *not her real name* who made me want to shove razor blades in my ears, and get told that "Oh, yeah. Your actual bill was only 65 dollars plus taxes and service fees, the 500 is a security deposit that isn't refundable."

Well, I asked to speak to a manager, and I spoke to someone who restored my faith (albeit briefly) in the company. He explained that the security deposit was taken as a precautionary measure. My credit rating wasn't stellar, but it wasn't horrible. I said I never authorized that, and if it wasn't refunded to me, I was going to complain to the BBB. The manager, obviously not wanting a conflict, told me that the entire amount was going to be mailed to me, in check form, within 10 business days. Thats awesome.

Well, here I sit a year to the day, and still no check. I've since cancelled my Virgin phone, and stopped paying my bill. I've informed the BBB, and have phoned them (virgin) a record number of times, and every time, they tell me, the check is being mailed, the check is on it's way, the check was sent on........

Goodbye Virgin!!

World Finance in Tyler, TX

I had previously opened up a loan at this loan company. My dad needed money because times were tough so I opened the loan up under my name and he paid on it. Since he was taking care of the loan I didn't worry about it. When I walked in today I asked to get a loan, gave the assistant manager my name, and he said they would have to run an application. The reason I had gone into the loan company this time around was because I got a flyer in the mail saying I could get a large loan. I wanted to help out my dad again since he had gotten laid off from his job recently so I wanted to give him a little extra help. The manager heard my name and yelled out No! I told your dad we would never open up a loan in your name again because your dad had to pay your loan out for you and no you can never get a loan here because you were late and you made our office suffer and we aren't going to give you a loan. I told the manager that I was sorry, that I didn't know that my dad was behind on the payments, that I had gotten the loan to help him and he had told me he was going to pay the loan off so I never worried about the loan. She told me my credit was now super bad due to world finance and that I was never going to get good credit and that they would never ever let me borrow money and she kept on and on and on and on.The manager was super rude, made me feel like trash, and spoke to me very arrogantly and unchristian like. I didn't know what was going on with that loan and figured it got paid out on time.My dad never told me about being behind. The fact was the loan was paid out. I know that I should have checked up on this loan but things happen and you worry about other things. I understand that in great part it was my fault that I now have bad credit but this does not give this lady the right to speak to me the way she did. I not only felt hate from her but also racism. She could have told me in a nice manner or in a strict manner but not in the hateful tone of voice that she did. I believe that loan companies exsist in order to help those in need out. This lady could have talked to me in a professional manner but she was very vulgar and low-class. What makes me feel horrible was the way she looked me up and down and made me feel like I was nothing. All I wanted to do was help my father out and she made me feel like a horrible person. I just wanted to let you the world know that this lady is unchristian like and is not someone you would want to deal with.... What hurts the most is that my dad still has an open loan with them. He will have to deal with her horrible way of treating people who are late on their payments due to things outside of their reach. My mission now is to work hard to help my dad pay off his loan with this company so that he will never have to converse with such a spiteful, unprofessional, unchristianlike person who does not know how to truly help and serve those in need.

Sneak Attack Telemarketing!

I received my shiny new BMO Mosaic credit card in the mail recently. I called the number on the sticker to activate my new card and dutifully followed the promts given to me. At the end a recorded voice came on not to tell me that I needed to talk to a customer rep (I got no confirmation the card was activated just that I needed to speak with someone directly) . We have had our credit cards and bank accounts skimmed by criminals in the past so I imediately panicked and stayed on the line while my small children screamed in the background for 15 minutes as they were busy dealing with other customers.

Finally a customer service rep came on the line and I braced myself for some bad news regarding my account when she asked me what I wanted. I told her I was activating my replacement credit card and a message told me to talk to a customer rep and she said cheerily, "oh yah you card is fine we want to know if you want the extra credit card insurance". Needless to say I was kurt and ended that call at once! I guess calling people at dinner time to peddle these products wasn't cutting it?

So beware!

My Mom sent me an important envelop using UPS. She paid extra for the "guarantee" (and I use that word lightly they obviously don't know the dictionary definition of it). that it would be here by 10:30 a.m. two business days later.

Three business days later I am still without the envelop and without ANY recourse. My Mom called the UPS line today ( a generic catch all line as no other contacts are given). The lady (who clearly was in the USA) told my Mom that it hadn't been scanned so it was probably somewhere on a truck out there in the big wide world (duh). Then when my Mom mentioned that she had paid for a "guaranteed" delivery so it would be on time the woman said "sorry we can't do anything until the person gets the envelop delivered to them". WHAT??? She doesn't seem to get the problem here does she?

I examined their website as well and they really take no responsibility for any of their caliber (or lack there of) of service or any errors made by them. This isn't the first time I have had poor service from this company and we will no longer be dealing with them. In fact, we might just stick with Canada Post they deliver just as fast (or faster some letters I've posted arrived the next day in Province) as it seems for less or the Grey Hound Bus parcel service.
