Slow Phone Service

Don't what's going on with ADP Distributors Inc lately. There are times the phone is not answered. When it is answered the Receptionist apologizes that she's answering two phones. I don't care how many phones she is answering. If it rings and rings and rings......she can not handle two phones. The person that answers at the end of the day is Hard of Hearing. I have to repeat myself.

Poor Cell Phone Service

I had to keep replacing a cell phone I originally purchased from Verizon Wireless because I kept having problems with it. This phone was purchased for my mother-in-law so it wasn't for a child who could possibly damage the phone. After replacing her phone twice she would have needed the phone to be replaced a third time but she refused and decided to take her services elsewhere. Why should I be stuck with paying an early termination fee when I received horrible service?

They should have been willing to credit the fee or atleast credit half of it. I also previously added another phone line to the account but never signed any documentation saying that I agreed to an additional two year contract. I believe someone at the store signed the contract and said that I did. I keep asking for a copy of all of the documentation I signed to show that the signatures are different and they will not send it to me.

Be weary of their services, they don't care about their customers. The only thing they offered me was an upgrade but that comes with signing a one or two year contract. Why would I do that when I am not happy with their services? What sense does that make.

Customers fume over 'outrageous' gas bills

Enbridge Gas says it has undercharged thousands of customers, who are now on the hook to pay at least three times their usual bill to make up the difference.

About 100,000 people who signed up for the utility's fixed-rate Budget Billing Plan were undercharged due to a computer glitch.

One woman told the Star she received a bill for $1,257.79 this month – while her total annual usage averages $1,200 a year.

Another customer says his bill this month was $847.18 – he was paying $80 a month since September.

Enbridge tells CP24 it's been trying to do what it can and more than 50 per cent of customers under the BBP will have to pay between $400 and $600. It also says about ten per cent will have to pay over $1,000 extra.

The utility says it has been dealing with a flood of calls to help customers set a payment schedule for the adjustments and it is expanding call centre hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., though customers are advised to call before 9 a.m. or after 7 p.m. for shorter waits.

Got a bill from Enbridge this week for over 800.00 Dollars. They had a glitch in the computer system and sending people outrages bills to make up for their mistakes. There is no way in hell I am paying that.
Please complain if this happens to you too!!!

Would NEVER recommend this company. Just see their terms and conditions and ask my neighbors what they did to me. I have now had the work redone by an excellent tradesman. I have informed trading standards of my experience

Raped of my money!

DO not shop at this store. I have never received such awful unethical customer service in my life. I reveived damaged furniture and they would not exchange nor return it. They said even if we drop it off that it would be considered trash on the road, and no money back. The main manager is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to, and he said he was done with us. I wound not even reccoment this store to some one I dislike. Save yourself time, money and stress. Absolutely ridiculus!‎

This site is a scam. I ordered some do rags over 3 weeks ago and never received them When I wrote them to find out what was taking so long a guy name ron wrote me a nasty letter back calling me a bitch. I was shocked to hear this from what I thought was a legit company. I was wrong and after hearing from others I now know it was a scam. Do not order from them. Stay far away.

I purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry in August 2009.After 2 recalls,I decided to try for reimbirsement on this vehicle.Toyota denied this request.Other car companies offer reimbersement if not totally satisfied.Toyota would not.I will never purchase another vehicle from them again.Toyota is NOT recommended!

They advertised Murder She Wrote the complete series on format free DVD-r. What they sent me was a bunch of tv episodes of Murder She Wrote out of sequence and recorded off of regular tv! They also said that they ship 48 hours after payment. I waited nearly 3 weeks! When I received them they were stuffed (44 dvd's) in a Fed Ex envelope and looked liked they had been handled with dirty hands. I have tried to contact them for a full refund but to no success. Do not buy from them. This is one of the worst sites I've ever been to.
