Phones should be automated

Annoyed By: ADP Distributors Inc

Six rings to answer, then put on hold for ten minutes. Go automated or hire more people to answer phones. There is no excuse for a phone to ring and ring and ring.

  1. Customer Service starts at the Front Door. Your customer does not need to hear excuses. There is no excuse for a phone to ring six times or go unanswered. Hire more staff.

    Message to receptionist:
    - DO not eat on the phone
    - deafening laugh (what is funny?)
    - How are things going? (figure of speech, I don't want to know.)
    - visibly stressed (stutters; doesn't know what to say next)
