I bought two download sessions for self improvement from www.hypnosisdownloads.com . The name of the company behind the website is Uncommon Knowledge Ltd. After picking the sessions and cliked on the purchase button the screen went blank. I was suppossed to receive an email with instructions to dowload the sessions and never did. The purchase was charged to my credit card.I have been sending e-mails and calling customer service for the links to download the sessions or a refund with no results.
