Are You Serious??!!

Ever since June 30th I have had nothing but problems with Rogers. Even the phone # they post on the internet to try to get a hold of them is incorrect!!!
To say I am FRUSTRATED is way beyond an understatement!!!
I went without a tv..and phone service for a very long time, and am still having problems!!!
Even the techy's have comments on the poor quality of the equipment..and the service has been HORRIBLE!!

Hershey squirts from my dog!

I fed my 5 year old Bouvier dog with Orijen for 3 years. They changed the formula and my dog has been ill with the shits since then. Almost 400 Canadian dollars later and a change of food and she is doing well. To anyone that reads this, do NOT buy Orijen dog or cat food. Research the brand and you will find many sad stories. Especially in Australia. Good luck!

I HAD Bell Sympatico as my home page. No more! I have a huge TIDE comercial in the background of my home page. Guarenteed, I will change my home page and never buy Tide! We have enough advertising thrown at us. I even find advertising on the bottom of my TV screen during a show! Wait for the damn time to advertise so I can mute it or change channels! I'm not going to sell my gold jewelry or any thing else. F off! Thank God for PVR's so we can record programs and fast forward through the damn commercials! But a background commercial for Tide on my home page!!!!! Forget it. I've changed my home page. Enough advertising crap!

leased new 2006 Persuit from Mac Phee Pontiac through leasing mgr, Roger Hamilton.I was concerned about owing for extra kilometers at end of leased so purchased 24000 extra from Roger.I was told by him if i did not use them would get refund .Well i returned car in Junebecause i recieved recall notice for power steering took car in and as told my car was not scheduled until October at which time by the way my lease would expire .I had 88000 on car when returned base limit was 95000 went after my paid 24000 extra kilo refund was told they are not i returned car early .I spoke to GMAC and GM Canada and explained reason because or recall not being done when i asked and that if it had been done i probably would have kept car .I was then told different story that story was it did not matter the extra kilometers purchased is not refundable and GMAC DOES NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT YOU ARE TOLD BY PERSON YOU DEAL WITH WHEN LEASING CAR ,I WAS TOLD I SHOULD HAVE CALLED GMAC TO CHECK OUT WHAT I WAS TOLD BY LEASING MGR. BEFORE I PURCHASED THOSE KILOMETERS . Also charged for wear and tear for nrw tire 120.00 when i questioned this i was told new tire not put on car but they are able to charge for one .Just to note these tires were installed 10 days before i returned car so if this tire did not pass safety it would not have been put on .My car was not inspected when i returned it as required within 24hrs it sat on lot for over 2 weeks so what ever happened to it there i do not know but i do know the tire is questionable. Also charged for wear and tear on kilo not even base used kilometers .SO IF YOU PURCHASE OR LEASE VEHICLE THROUGH GMAC MAKE SURE YOU DO YOU YOUR CALLING BEFORE YOU SIGN CONTRACTS BECAUSE WORD MEANS NOTHING.

Savvy Fashions the store that HATES children

NEVER SHOP AT SAVVY FASHIONS!!!!!I have never ever had service like this before. The lady was so rude and had the worst attitude I have ever seen. She wasn't even trying to hide the fact that she didn't wan't my children in her store. She literally followed my children around and was nit picking everthing they looked at. This being a small town she was probably the owner so she wanted her store to look nice but to treat us that way was unreal. She went straight to the front til and brought out the windex and paper towel to clean everything my children touched. My daughter was looking at wallets and lady starightens them up the moment my daughter sets one down to look at the next. The funny thing is I wanted to buy one until she did that. then she got snotty once I said to my mom lets go somewhere that were welcome. She clearly doesn't want people with children in her store spending money. A small tourist town like harrison hot springs of all places. I was really sad because I pride myself on how friendly people are in BC. The other thing I noticed was about half of the other store owners/workers were also unfriendly. Not a smile or small talk to make us feel welcome. I could tell that some of the gift shops the older women who worked the til just had the meanest look on their faces. they would rather be somewhere else. I loved the beach and tourist in harrison but the service makes not want to go back.

10 Years of my buisness and then!

I own a 1999 70 hp Suzuki and have had all the basic service done at Dans South Side Marina for 10 years. It's been a great motor and have never had issues with it until this spring. I took it to dans and they said nothing was wrong except it needed new spark plugs but they charged me $370.00 dollars because of all the testing they did. I was not happy with the bill but took it to the lake to test it. Started up ran across the lake and it died. There I was stranded on a lake in 25 MPH winds and got towed in by the only other fisherman on the lake. I was HOT so i went back to dans and explained what happened and told them the problem they charged me a large sum for to fix was not fixed. They said there was nothing they can do!!! They would be glad to look at it but i would be charged. 10 years of my buisness and when i have my first problem they will not take care of me the customer. I took the boat to Frankies Marina in chisago county and the service level was great and they fixed it the first time. Fuel related problem and filters needed to be replaced which is basic stuff Dans Should have been able to figure out.

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR BOAT TO DANS SOUTHSIDE MARINA. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS!

Sundane 6 month "string a-long"

I placed a Sundance catalog order in April 2010, Shortly thereafter I received an e-mail informing me my product was "on backorder" and I would receive an e-mail reagrding when this product would be available.

I received another e-mail informing me to anticiapte a June re-stocking, each e-mail asked if I wished to cancel my order, I chose not to cancel as this item was for a May birthday present.

When I had not received my order in June, I called Sundance to inquire..they now anticiapted a July restocking..again I waited...

In July when I received another e-mail informing of an August 18 re-stocking.

Well to my surprise I received an e-mail dated August 2 now stating this order was "sold out" and no longer available !!

Gee 5 MONTHS of waiting only to be told it was SOLD OUT...so my birthday boy is now disappointed,

I feel like a fool for believing the "back order" story. IF Sundance had been upfront and told me in any of the numerous e-mails that there was even a chance it might no longer be available I wouldn't be so upset.

I can understand an item being "sold out"

What I can understand is how company can "string" people along for 5 MONTHS and the say so sorry to bad you can't have what you ordered 5 MONTHS ago !!!

I am hoping this story will prevent another victim of a "Sundance promise".

Please do not fall for the "back ordered" story, just cancel your order or better yet do not order in the first place.
