Local businesses involved in domestic, international scams and organized crime dealing in drugs, money and human trafficking are sometimes discovered by mistake. Legitimate business transactions with several consumers may have uncovered a big operation in the Bay Area. Researching a business entity may reveal several fictitious business names all registered under the same individuals, however, when these business entities are listed under the same business address, it raises concerns.

The FBI Should Investigate AWWTV - Afghanistan World Wide Television Network in Fremont, CA, & other fictitious businesses operated under the "Qadir" Clan in the East Bay Area, Fremont, Newark, San Jose, San Ramon, California. These people operate under several fictitious business names for Radio & Television Broadcast, Non Profit Organization & Financial Services that may be a cover up for illegal activities. Several registered names appear on these business entities as Armann Qadir, Mohammed Qadir, Wahid Qadir & Said Qadir aka Armann. They seem to be all related. There are more than a dozen accomplices involved with these businesses, both domestic, here in the Bay Area and International. These businesses are operated by experienced professional scam artists in the Afghanistan Community who have been doing this for a long time.

AWWTV aka Afghanistan World Wide Television Network is operated by Armann Qadir, CEO/Founder. He is also listed as CEO/Founder of several fictitious business entities in the East Bay. All the fictitious business names are listed under the same business address in Fremont, California. Armann Qadir is also listed on several website Blogs as a Professional Scam Artists, DJ, Real Estate Realtor, Events Promoter, etc, and may include several types of businesses that are yet to be identified. A self proclaimed and well known Scam Artist, Armann Qadir aka "The Brainchild" and his accomplices have defrauded customers, vendors and the public from thousands of dollars by refusing refunds, unpaid services rendered and false advertising. Luring consumers and business clients with their Radio & Television advertising scams, and non profit charity allows them to conduct fraudulent advertising, fundraising events, Real Estate & Mortgage Loans scams, including Bait & Switch scams and Adult Entertainment Events (Orgy).

The Non Profit Organization, One World Hunger is operated by Wahid Qadir and is listed under the same business address. Although the place of business is set up as a Radio & Television Broadcasting station there's no equipment and no employees onsite. The building does not display address numbers or business signs. The One World Hunger's website posts cash donations to provide food for poor children and people in Afghanistan. As a Non Profit Organization, there is no warehouse to house non cash contributions.

These businesses do not work alone and will usually scam people out of their money by conducting fraudulent business transactions under false pretenses for their accomplices. Consumers or clients who cancel business transactions due to breach of contract by the business side, are referred to deal with the unknown accomplices that were never involved in the transaction. The only recourse for the consumer and clients is to take legal actions.

Google their names and you will find all the scams and victims involved. We need to put these scums in jail!!!

Real Property Management Colorado IS WORTHLESS

This is a Denver Metro based company, they claim to do Property Management I DISAGREE read on to see how terrible this company is!!!!

I am 26 years old and dumped my life savings into a duplex to have it rented, I was having trouble finding the time to show the place to renters that were interested. I had done business with Real Property Management prior with a place I had in Northglenn CO, they were unable to rent the place before I sold it and thus I was never able to actually figure out if they were a good company, no problems at that point. With my new place I needed help managing the overwhelming responce to each of the adds I put on craigslist.com. I remembered using Real Property Management Colorado prior and did not have any reason not to use them again. They made me sign a contract, no problem I had to sign one before as well, but this time they made me pay about $450 in what they called advertising start up fees and such, I agreed after a while given the confidence they gave me that they get to a HUGE market as they claimed. I figured If I was getting huge responce just off of craigs list they would have the place rented in no time, they agreed. Over a month after hire they had not even shown the place, they claimed "they were not getting any responce as well as the responce they were recieving were unquallified" Greg Bachelor then asked to lower the rent, I explained that if we lower the rent anymore I could rent it to anyone, he said rent was softening and that we had to do it, I not happy about it agreed to lower rent, two more weeks and NO responce, at this point I took things into my own hands put an add on craigs list and one day later rented it to a family paying cash, they left only twenty days later and I realized I needed a management company, I tried AGAIN with real property management, with NO responce, still under contract I once again took things into my own hand and had the neighbor take on the responsiblities, with in a week and a half she had both units rented to qualified renters. At this point I called to let Real Property Management know that I was no longer in need of their service. They claimed that I had breached contract and that I owed them 3 months payment. They did nothing for me, never tried to rent the place, to my knowledge never showed the place, claimed that they showed it twice, which I was never told, and the "advertising" they were doing for my property was never seen, I tried personally to look up my own property and NEVER found it online, except my own postings. As I am sure you can understand I lost my cool when they asked for more money and told them I was going to take them to small claims court for not doing anything. Further reaserach of course proved that my potential winnings would at most be the bill they are going to send me, where as my losses if court does not agree with me is thier attourney fees, which I can not risk, I can not even afford what ever bill they decide to bill me. I feel very violated and decieved. I assume that they took from me one months rent, payment to start in their advertising and what ever they are planning to charge me. On the phone I told them that I should be asking for a refund but I undertand that based on the contract I would never get it, but when they they have the idea that I OWE them money for them doing nothing for me, and not only nothing but causing major financial instibility while I owed money for a vacent property was just too much. I ask for your assistance in this becaues I have exahasted my options, I spoke to two of the owners and neither will work with me at all. One even said that the reason why they can't void the ammout I owe them is because I am a male white property owner and because they would be seen as discriminating they could not help me. That is reverse discrimination I feel, whether that means anything I do not know, if I get nothing out of of this I at least want no one to have to go through this again. TERRIBLE EXPIERENCE, EXTREMELY COSTLY, WORTHLESS SERVICE. Please help me.

Bad company / people skills

I had rented a place in chilliwack b.c and before I had moved in I steamed cleaned all the carpets cleaned all the floors painted every wall and was taken note of. The place was a mess when we viewed it ( dog poo in some rooms, bathrooms where disgusting pee on floor by toilets, floors where sticky with juice or pop smelled more like beer etc... )
And the agreement was I would help clean up the place and in return a deal was given on the first months rent. We ended up saving a dog from a bad home and no longer could we live there ( no dogs aloud ) so after unpacking and cleaning the place we packed up and moved to a place where dogs where aloud. This is when the problems began , we tried getting in touch with the owner of the unit as well as the property manager for over a month and we had nothing but rude people on his behalf telling us they will get him to call us, or they will call us back but we never received any calls back! So a month goes by and we decide we have to call him every day ten times a day just to let these people know we are serious . So after trying and trying many times to get any information on this company he owns and after being hung up on about 3 times from professional ( or so called ) people I call back once more and I get a guy who is somewhat help full but still very very rude and very bad costumer serves . Point of this story, if this is how this company treats an individual who has rented a unit off the OWNER of the company can u imagine how they will treat you if you are doing a deal with them or if you are requesting a serves from them? Moral of the story FIND ANOTHER
APPRAISAL COMPANY you will NOT be treated fairly I can guarantee that!

I contracted with Shelter West to sell my Mobile Home. Gloria failed to contact me back for 2 weeks after she received a down payment/earnest money for my home. THEN, she left town in the middle of the deal and didn't bother to tell me she would be out of town and the buyers would just have to wait. The buyers backed out of the sale after signing a binding contract. The contract states if the buyer defaults on the contract, any down payment is to be split between the seller and the company. Shelter West owes me $500.00 and has refused to pay me. The buyer put a stop payment on his check because of the shabby dealings of this realtor. DO NOT USE SHELTER WEST IN GILLETTE, WY. PLEASE, DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH GLORIA PETERSON. SHE IS A LIAR, THIEF AND CON ARTIST.

Landlords with bad attitude

My complaint is about old landlords I use to rent out an apartment with. Just because I had lived with them for 2 years they gave me bad attitude when I finally decided to move out. Letty (Leticia) Sanchez, the director at this company, lied several times about her client, and tried to cheat on the contract, putting in numbers that were pretty ridiculous, she probably thought we would not read the contract, didn't return our calls or emails for a week, and then attempted to impersonate a mailer daemon, pretending as if she didn't receive our emails, which I have proof of. Which tells me that she thinks we are stupid. I am disgusted and appauled at their customer service, and I don't believe that they deserve their part of the commission, I have never in my life spoken to such unprofessional people.

It took about 20 calls initiated by us to actually get our money sent to us. We even called the owner of the company, Edward Beaudouin, who never returned our call.

Letty Sanchez finally sent an email, that she was out of the country, didn't let her office know about anything that was going on before she left. It was not important for her to deliver the service that she was supposed to. meanwhile she held our moneys in the escrow account that we had to fight for to get.

All in all, this company should close their business down, because they sure don't know how to run it.
